Sumeet Shrivastava

Martin KellySumeet is a respected industry leader who is currently serving as the President of Array Information Technology.

Prior to joining ARRAY, Sumeet spent 8 years in progressive management capacities at Keane, Inc., a $1 billion IT services firm that employs 14,000 worldwide. His most recent role at Keane was as Senior Vice President, Public Sector Solutions. Prior to his time at Keane, Mr. Shrivastava served as the EVP and COO of ANSTEC, a successful Federal and State Government contractor. Sumeet helped ANSTEC grow its revenue to over $65M and successfully graduate from the 8(a) set-aside program for Federal contractors. He later worked on behalf of shareholders and employees leading the effort for ANSTEC’s acquisition by Keane in December 1999.

Mr. Shrivastava has served as a member of George Mason University’s Diversity Advisory Board. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and is a Charter Member of TiE-DC.

Jay Lambke

Mr. Lambke serves as President of Government Acquisitions, Inc.  He brings over 20 years’ experience leading organizations that have successfully serviced the specialized IT needs of the Federal, State, Local, and Education Markets. His natural instincts for leadership and entrepreneurial thinking combined with strict business discipline, and his ability to identify new and emerging market opportunities, has proven him a resolute leader. As President, Mr. Lambke is responsible for leveraging his experience and relationships to maneuver Government Acquisitions though its ongoing operations.  

Prior to joining Government Acquisitions, Jay Lambke was President of Prism Pointe Technologies and GovConnection. As President of GovConnection, Mr. Lambke was responsible for turning around the company following the loss of their Federal GSA Schedule and negative earnings. Mr. Lambke has also held executive roles at Gateway, Inc, Ingram Micro, and Tech Data. 

Martin Kelly 

Martin KellyMartin Kelly brings more than 30 years of leadership experience with companies ranging from early –stage, venture-backed startups to category-leading publicly traded enterprises. He is a proven public and private company CEO, who has brought sales, share and profit success to every organization he has led. Mr. Kelly has demonstrated strategic vision, organization development and consistent execution in areas including operations, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, sales and marketing.

Mr. Kelly has most recently been the President, CEO and a Director of Independent Brewers United (IBU), a company he helped to form as part of a consolidation plan in the highly fragmented craft brewing industry. IBU was created by combining Magic Hat Brewing Company with the acquisition of Pyramid Breweries resulting in a $90 million enterprise. The company was sold to a strategic buyer in August 2010. Prior to IBU, Mr. Kelly served as President and CEO of Magic Hat, where he drove a turnaround resulting in a revenue growth of 227%, a 615% improvement in EBITDA, substantial equity value, and a “rock star” status in the craft beer industry.

Previously, Mr. Kelly had been President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Pyramid Breweries Inc, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ:PMID). He joined Pyramid in August 1999, replacing the founder, and provided strategy and leadership that returned company to growth, after three years of sales, share and profit declines. During his tenure as CEO, total shareholder returns exceeded +193%.  In addition, he negotiated a successful acquisition of Portland Brewing Company.

Before Pyramid, Mr. Kelly served at Miller Brewing Company, as Vice President, Western Region, from 1994 to 1999, where he provided forceful leadership for sales, distribution and local marketing efforts in 23 western states with $1.1 billion in revenues and $489 million in profit contribution.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kelly was instrumental in revitalizing the Borden Dairy Group ($1.5 billion) and supervised brand management, new business and sales development efforts. He also had a distinguished career in the soft drink industry, where he held a variety of sales, marketing and general management positions at Coca Cola and Coca Cola Enterprises. His most recent position was as Vice President/General Manager of the Mid-Atlantic Division of Coca Cola Enterprises, where he led the $300 million operation (1500 employees, 3 production centers and 10 distribution hubs), though a corporate merger and restructuring, while integrating four acquisitions.
Mr. Kelly earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Jerome L. Peters

Mr. Peters is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Indigo Technology, Inc. based out of McLean, VA. He is responsible for the effective execution of Indigo’s business plan and for ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of services to clients around the country.

Prior to joining Indigo Technology, he was the Vice President of Army IT Operations for General Dynamics Information Technology where in he provided a comprehensive mix of technical, financial and management experiences in federal space. Prior to this, Mr. Peters served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Operations for FC Business Systems.

Mr. Peters earned his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Knox College, IL and an MS degree in Technology Business Management from the American University, Washington, D.C.

Mr. Peters is a decorated ex-Army ADP officer and a disabled veteran.
